Apply a facial serum or oil before using the roller.

2. Face Yoga I
Place the roller in the middle of the face and roll it horizontally towards the ears with light pressure. Use the small side of the roller under the eyes. Repeat this approx. 5 times per side.
- 3. Face Yoga II
Work your way down over the cheeks to the chin. Use the large side of the roller here. At the forehead, place the roller in the middle and roll outwards towards the temples. Also do this 5 times per side.
